Funding and payment releases

Funding and payment options depend on the accepted arrangement, financial readiness, and supported provider coverage. A software plan or signed agreement does not guarantee that a payment service is available for every country or recipient. Accepting a deliverable or satisfying release conditions does not itself move funds. The required release authorization, payment permissions, and financial checks must be completed separately. A submitted instruction or provider acknowledgement is not confirmed settlement. Check the recorded payment and reconciliation status before treating funds as paid. Refunds and any holds follow the applicable financial process and accepted terms; they are not automatic guarantees of recovery.
